亚临界水状态下制备共轭亚油酸甘油酯 被引量:2

Preparation of Conjugated Linoleic Acid Glyceride in the Presence of Subcritical Water

摘要 在亚临界水的状态下,以共轭亚油酸(CLA)和甘油为原料,采用直接酯化法合成CLA甘油酯。通过单因素试验,考察反应温度、反应时间、反应物物质的量比(CLA:甘油)、反应压力对CLA转化率的影响;并在单因素水平的基础上,进行响应面优化,确定反应的最佳条件为反应温度250℃、反应时间40min、反应物物质的量比2:1、反应压力13MPa,在优化出的最佳条件下进行反应,得到的CLA转化率为96.3%,所得CLA甘油酯为淡黄的油状透明液体。 Direct esterification method was used to prepare conjugated linoleic acid glycerides from conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and glycerin under the condition of suberitical water. Effects of temperature, time, reactant molar ratio (CLA:glycerin), pressure on conversion rate of CLA was studied. Through single factor test and response surface optimization, the optimum reaction conditions were obtained: Reaction temperature was 250 ℃, reaction time was 40 min, substrate molar ratio was 2:1, reaction pressure was 13 MPa. The conversion rate of CLA observed under the optimum conditions was 96.3%, and the resulting CLA glyceride was a yellow, oily, transparent liquid.
