摘要
随着SCADA系统在油气长输管道的应用和发展,智能设备得到广泛使用,油气长输管道远程监测与维护系统(Remote Monitor&Maintenance System,RMMS)应运而生。RMMS技术的应用可以缩短维修时间,降低维护成本,提高SCADA系统的利用率,同时解决管道运行单位维护人员匮乏的问题。介绍了油气长输管道RMMS全分布式系统的总体结构及主要设备的功能,分析了RMMS在结构、功能、安全等方面的设计原则与要点,并给出了油气长输管道RMMS典型配置的主要参数。忠武管道的实际应用结果表明:管道场站RMMS的"状态检测、远程维护、安全保障"三位一体的系统建设构想和解决方案,有效保证了油气管道的安全运营。(表1,图5,参6)
With the application and development of SCADA system in long-distance oil and gas pipeline, more and more smart devices are used and the remote monitor & maintenance system for long-distance oil and gas pipeline (RMMS) has emerged as the times require. RMMS technology can shorten repair time, reduce maintenance costs, improve utilization rate of SCADA system and solve the lack of maintenance personnel in the pipeline operation organization. In this paper, overall structure of long-distance oil and gas pipeline RMMS fully distributed system and functions of the main devices are described, design principles and key points of RMMS in structure, function, safety and other aspects are analyzed and the main parameters for typical configuration of the long-distance oil and gas pipeline RMMS are provided. As shown from actual application results of Zhongxian-Wuhan Gas Pipeline, the state monitoring, remote maintenance and safety control- based system construction thought and solution for pipeline station RMMS effectively ensures operation safety of the oil and gas pipeline.
