日本产学连携政策体系效率分析

Analysis on Policies Regarding University-Industry Collaboration in Japan

日本自20世纪90年代开始颁布了系列产学连携政策以推进高校与企业的合作,回顾分析相关政策对于产学合作的现实意义,并收集整理产学合作相关指标数据,以评估15年来日本在产学合作领域取得的成效,以期为我国产学合作发展提供借鉴。

Japan formulated a series of policies regarding University-Industry collaboration since 1990s. This paper reviews and analyzes the practical significance of these policies, and collects some relevant indicators in the field of technology transfer so as to evaluate the effectiveness of Japanese University-Industry system. It is hoped that the findings may provide a reference for the development of China＇s University-Industry cooperation.
