摘要
目的:探讨宁神温胆汤对精神分裂症模型大鼠海马神经细胞凋亡蛋白bax、bcl-2表达的影响。方法:随机将40只SD大鼠分为正常组、模型组、宁神温胆汤组、盐酸氯丙嗪组4组。各组分别给药,每天1次,共21d,最后1d给药1h后,正常组腹腔注射生理盐水2mg.kg-1外,其他3组腹腔注射阿朴吗啡盐酸半水2mg.kg-1,观察15min后断头处死。结果:与模型组比较,宁神温胆汤组、氯丙嗪组bax降低,bcl-2升高,bcl-2/bax比值升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01~0.05)。结论:宁神温胆汤能抑制海马区神经细胞的凋亡。
Objective: To investigate the Ningshen-Wendan decoction to the expression of neuronal apoptosis gene bax, bcl-2, of the schizophrenia model rat hippocampal. Methods: 40 SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: normal group, model group. Ning Shen-wendan group, chlopromazine group. Each group were administered 1 times / d, 21d, after the last day of dosing lh intraperitoneal injection of saline, normal group 2mg·kg^-1, ip the other three groups intraperitoneal injection of apomorphine hydrochloride half water 2mg·kg^-1, observed after 15min were decapitated. Results: Compared with model group, the Ningshen-Wendan decoction group, chlorpromazine group bax reduced, bcl-2 increased, bcl-2/bax ratio increased, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 - 0. 05) Conclusion : Ningsheng-Wendan decoction can inhibit neuronal anontosis.
