补肝益肾法对更年期模型大鼠行为变化的调节作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨补肝益肾法对更年期模型大鼠行为变化的调节作用,以期从方药的角度探究"肝肾同源"机理。方法:以去卵巢大鼠建立更年期动物模型,观察补肝药物、益肾药物和补肝益肾药物对其体质量、子宫和阴道重量/系数及行为变化的影响。结果:补肝益肾药物可明显增加更年期模型大鼠子宫和阴道重量/系数,降低更年期模型大鼠总路程、平均速度,增加静止时间。结论:补肝、益肾药物联合使用对更年期模型大鼠行为变化及子宫和阴道重量/系数,较补肝药与益肾药单独使用效果好,从方药的角度部分诠释了"肝肾同源"理论。 Objective: To explore the mechanism of " Liver and kidney sharing the same origin" according to the herbs. Methods: Rat models of menopause were established via the castration. Weight, uterine and vaginal weight/ coefficient, and behavior were observed after treating with tonifying liver drugs, benefiting kidney drugs and tonifying liver and nourishing kidney drugs. Result: Weight, uterine and vaginal weight/coefficient, and rest time were increased obviously, and the total distance and average speed were decreased significantly after treating with tonifying liver and nourishing kidney drugs. Conclusion: On improving behavior changes and uterine and vaginal weight/coefficient of menopausal rats, the curative effects of the combination of tonifying liver drugs and benefiting kidney drugs were better than drugs used alone, which gave the interpretation of " Liver and kidney sharing the same origin " theory from the point of view of prescriptions and herbs.
