摘要
目的:探索生地黄治疗银屑病的分子机制。方法:应用IPA软件构建生地黄效应机制网络和银屑病相关基因网络,通过网络比较,可视化呈现生地黄治疗银屑病的网络靶标。结果:肿瘤抑制蛋白(TP53)、核转录因子κB(NF-κB)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)等分子以及NF-κB信号通路是银屑病相关基因及生地黄靶蛋白共同关联的分子和通路。结论:生地黄可能通过调节以上分子和通路对银屑病发挥作用;采用网络药理学方法能够预测中药治疗病证的分子机制。
Objective: To explore molecular mechanism of dried rehmannia root treating psoriasis.Method: The molecular network of therapeutic effect of dried rehmannia root and the molecular network of genes related psoriasis were constructed by IPA(ingenuity pathway analysis) software.Through the network comparison,molecules networks and biological pathways of dried rehmannia root treating psoriasis were presented visually.Result: Some molecules,such as tumor suppressor proteins,nuclear transcription factor κ B and tumor necrosis factor,might be acting targets of dried rehmannia root treating psoriasis.NF-kappa B signal pathway might be the therapeutic effect pathway of dried rehmannia root treating psoriasis.Conclusion: The use of network pharmacology theory and method helped to predict the molecular mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine treating the disease.
