清肝活血退黄汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎伴黄疸的临床观察

Clinical observation on therapeutic efficacy of traditional chinese medicine qinggan huoxue tuihuang decoction in treating chronic hepatitis B with jaundice

目的:观察清肝活血退黄汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎伴黄疸的临床疗效,并探讨本方在降黄方面的作用机理。方法:选择慢性乙型肝炎伴黄疸(CBH)的患者80例,随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例),2组均给予抗病毒、保肝降酶等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予清肝活血退黄汤口服,疗程均为4周。结果:治疗后2组在主要症状、肝功能等方面较治疗前均有不同程度的改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),但治疗组在降低胆红素方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清肝活血退黄汤能明显改善CBH伴黄疸患者主要症状及肝功能情况,且安全性高、复发率低,值得进一步推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine qinggan huoxue tuihuang decoctionon in treating chronic hepatitis B with jaundice. Methods：Eighty patients with chronic hepatitis （CBH） were randomly divided into two groups and each group has forty patients. The two groups were treated with conventional therapy which were fed with lamivudine and reduced glutathione, Diammonium Glycyrrluzinate for injection. The experiment group was added with qinggan huoxue tuihuang decoction, and both groups have a therapeutic course for four weeks. After this treatment , the changes of the main symptoms, aminotransferase （ALT）,Aspertate aminotransferase（AST） ,total bilirubin （TBIL） and direct bilirubin（DBIL） were compared, and the safety was assessed in two groups which were followed up for six months to observe the long-term efficacy. Results：After the treatment, the main symptoms,ALT,AST, TBIL,DBIL of the two groups were improved than that of before（ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ）, but in the lower DBIL,TBIL aspects and the recurrence rate in experiment group over matched the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The main symptoms, and liver function were significantly improved with the traditional Chinese medicine qinggan huoxue tuihuang decoction, which was safe, low in recurrence rate, and worth further promotion.
