香菇多糖注射液对反复呼吸道感染患者免疫功能的影响

Effect of Lentinan on Immune Functions of Patients with Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection

目的 :观察香菇多糖注射液对反复呼吸道感染者机体免疫力的影响。方法 :收集了武汉市几家医院从 1995年 7月至 1999年 3月反复呼吸道感染者 392例。通过观察感染发生率、感染平均控制时间及各种血液免疫学指标进行对照研究。结果 :使用香菇多糖注射液者呼吸道感染的发生率明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,其控制感染时间明显缩短 (P <0 .0 1) ;血液免疫学指标淋巴细胞 (LCAN)、大颗粒淋巴细胞 (LGL)绝对值均有明显增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,淋巴细胞转化率 (LBT)、自然杀伤细胞活性 (NK)、淋巴细胞亚群T4 /T8比值的增加值均较对照组有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :香菇多糖注射液能提高机体抗感染的免疫能力 ,与抗生素合用 ,能有效的防治感染的发生。

To evaluate the effect of Lentinan on immune functions of patients with recurrent respiratory tract infection, data of 392 patients with respiratory infection from July 1995 to March 1999 were collected from several big hospitals. The data covered infection rates, average time for controlling infection and other immunological parameters. Our results showed that the patients who received injection of Lentinan had a significantly lower infection rate and shorter infection control time ( P<0.01 ). The numbers of the lymphocyte count and large granular lymphocytes were sygnificantly increased ( P<0.05 ). The lymphocyte transformation rate, activity of natural killer cells, ratio of T4/T8 were also significantly increased as compared with control group( P<0.01 ). Our study suggested that the Lentinan injection could enhance the immunity against infection and could effectively control infection when used with antibiotics.
