近年来国内外畜禽肉产品市场价格分析及展望

Analysis on the Prices of Livestock and Poultry Products in Domestic and International Markets in Recent Years and Its Outlook

通过对2006年至今国内外猪牛羊禽肉价格的回顾,发现国内外猪牛羊禽肉均波动上涨,并呈现出周期性和季节性特征。根据国内猪牛羊禽肉生产和需求变化,未来一段期猪肉和禽肉仍以下降为主,牛羊肉可能在经过小幅下降后继续保持涨势。最后,分析猪牛羊禽肉进口增长较快对中国4种肉产品价格的影响,指出利用好进口手段有利于国内猪牛羊禽产业健康发展。

Based on the analysis of pork, beef, mutton and broiler meat prices at home and abroad markets since 2006, it was found that prices of pork, beef, mutton and broiler meat were rising with fluctuation, and showed characteristics of periodicity and seasonality. According to the domestic production and demand of pork, beef, mutton and broiler meat, the prices of pork and broiler meat are expected to drop in the future, while beef and mutton prices are going to continue to rise after a slight decrease. Finally, this paper analyzed the import impacts on prices of pork, beef, mutton and broiler meat in China, and it was pointed out that taking good use of import would be better for the healthy development of pig, beef cattle, sheep ＆ goat and poultry industry.
