中原经济区粮食生产年际波动及成因分析

Analysis of Inter-annual Fluctuation and Causes of Grain Production in Central Plains Economic Region

21世纪以来,中原经济区的粮食生产取得了巨大成就,但也面临着一定的不利因素和波动风险,尤其是洪涝、干旱等自然灾害的不利影响,为其实现粮食稳产增产带来了一定难度。因此,应采取切实措施,一方面确保粮食耕地的数量和质量,并着力提高粮食单产,一方面加强防灾减灾体系建设,提高灾害抵御能力,降低粮食生产的波动风险,从而提高全区粮食综合生产能力。

The grain production of Central Plains Economic Region （CPER） has made great achievements since the 21th century, but still faced some unfavorable factors and fluctuation risks, especially the adverse impact of some natural disasters such as floods and droughts, to some extent, which brought lots of difficulties to realize its grain stable output. Therefore, many effective measures should be taken, on one hand, to ensure the quantity and quality of cultivated land for grain, and improve per unit area yield, on the other hand, the system of disaster prevention and mitigation should be strengthened to improve the ability of disaster resilience and reduce the risk of food production fluctuations, enhance the comprehensive capacity of grain production for CPER consequently.
