某综合医院麻醉药利用现状及趋势分析

Analysis of the Current Status and Tendency of Use of Narcotics in a General Hospital

目的 :了解某综合医院麻醉药利用现状及发展趋势。方法 :对该医院 1997～ 1998年使用麻醉药及其辅助用药的品种、数量、价格、金额以及随机抽取的 2 0份麻醉手术病例进行统计分析。结果 :麻醉药更新很快 ,局部麻醉 (局麻 )药的发展明显滞后于全身麻醉 (全麻 )药 ,而全麻药费用远高于局麻药 ;麻醉复合用药日趋普遍 ;疼痛治疗已被纳入麻醉用药范畴 ,麻醉用药在诊断治疗中的作用将有良好前景。结论 :该医院麻醉用药基本合理 ,但在强调用药效果的同时 ,应尽可能减少联合用药种数。

The current status and tendency of use of narcotics in a general hospital were analyzed. The varieties, quantity, money sum of narcotics and auxiliary agents and 20 randomly selected medical records of patients who had receive operation with anesthesia were statistically examined. The nwe narcotics are developed rapidly and the development of local anesthesia was falling behind that for general anesthesia. The cost of general anesthesia was much higher than that of local anesthesia. The combined use of narcotics is getting popular. Pain treatment has been under the coverage of use of narcotics. The use of narcotics is very promising in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. The use of narcotics in the hospital is fundamentally rational. On the premise of effect, effort should be made to reduce the varieties of narcotics.
