摘要
研究了采用氧化—沉淀—水解法同时去除粗硫酸镍溶液中的杂质铁和砷。试验结果表明:以双氧水为氧化剂,聚合硫酸铁为沉淀剂,碳酸钠为中和剂,在双氧水(30%)用量8mL、氧化时间10min、聚合硫酸铁溶液(20%)5mL、反应终点pH 4.0、反应温度70℃条件下反应1h,溶液中的铁由1.12g/L降至15mg/L以下,砷由1.36g/L降至1mg/L以下,铁、砷去除率分别高于99%和99.99%。
Iron and arsenic were removed from crude nickel sulfate solution by a oxidation-precipitation- hydrolysis method. Using hydrogen peroxide as oxidant, polymeric ferric sulfate as precipitating agent, sodium carbonate as neutralizer,optimum conditions were H202 (30%) of 8 mL,oxidating time of 10 rain,polymeric ferric sulfate solution(20%) of 5 mL,final pH of 4.0,reaction temperature of 70 ℃ reaction time of 1 h. Best results was obtained at the optimum conditions. The content of arsenic in the solution was reduced from 1.36 g/L to 1 mg/L,and iron content was reduced from 1.36 g/L to 10 mg/L. The removal rate of iron and arsenic were higher than 99% and 99.99% ,respectively.
