摘要
二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)是一种难以生物降解的有毒有机物。利用SBC超净污水处理技术对某工厂高浓度DMF清洗塔污水进行生物分解试验研究。经过3个月的循环处理,清洗塔清洗水的BOD5从3 500mg/L降低到11mg/L左右,CODcr从1 200mg/L降低到300mg/L以下。该处理技术流程简洁、操作方便、工艺先进、运行成本低、无污泥产生,可用于各种高难度难降解有机物工业污水的处理,是一种具有发展潜力的新型污水处理技术。
DMF is a kind of hard degradable toxic organic material. Super Bio Clean (SBC) sewage treatment technology has been tested for treating cleaning water of Scrubber which containing high concentrations DMF. After cycle processing of three months, the BOD5 in the cleaning water reduced from 3 500 mg/L to about 11 rag/L, and the CODcr reduced from 1 200 mg/L to below 300 mg/L. The hard degradable DMF biological treatment problems were effectively solved. The SBC process is concise, simple and has lower operating costs. It can be used for treating with variety of hard degrad- able organic industrial wastewater.
