心血管疾病研究者对动物实验伦理认知度调查与分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解不同层次心血管疾病研究者对于现有实验动物福利保护和动物伦理知识的认知,为动物实验伦理培训提供新策略,为进一步完善实验动物福利保护措施和伦理规制提供依据。方法选择从2009年1月1日至2012年6月30日在中国医学科学院阜外心血管病医院动物实验中心开展动物实验的197名研究者开展问卷调查,根据《北京市实验动物福利伦理审查指南》自行设计调查问卷,并对结果进行分析。结果对动物福利与伦理知识的认知得分,54.3%良好,35.5%合格,10.2%不合格,不合格者均为年龄20~30岁之间无动物实验科研经历的研究生。结论研究者对动物福利与伦理认知度参差不齐,有必要加强实验动物伦理培训,尤其是对有动物实验需求的新入学的研究生。 Objective To find out animal experiment ethics cognition in the cardiovascular disease researchers to provide new strategies in training for animal experiment ethics. Method Self-designed questionnaire about animal experiment ethics was completed in 197 cardiovascular disease researchers performed animal experiments in animal experimental center, Fuwai Hospital from January 1,2009 to April 30, 2012. Result All of the subjects believed that animal experiment ethics was necessary for animal s' health and happiness. Good score of animal welfare and ethical knowledge was found in 54.3% of subjects, qualified score in 35.5% , and unqualified score in 10.2%. All the unqualified subjects were the graduate students of 20 -30 years old and without animal experiment research experience. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the training on experimental animal ethics, especially for the graduate students who would take part in animal experiments.
