摘要
结缔组织生长因子(connective tissue growth factor,CTGF)是即刻早期基因CCN家族成员。CTGF在人类多种组织器官中广泛表达,即发育与分化、雌性生殖系统、血管生成、伤口修复、纤维变性病变、炎性病变、肿瘤的发生发展、骨的形成与修复等多种生物学过程中起重要的作用。在机体内几乎全部类型的成纤维细胞中诱导CTGF表达的主要因子为TGF-β。TGF-β可通过多种信号途径诱导CTGF表达,主要有4种途径,其中最重要的是Smad介导的TGF-β1途径。CTGF的生物学功能与作用机制非常复杂,本文将对CTGF的基本结构、表达调控、影响因素以及生物学功能研究进展进行综述,为CTGF全面解析奠定基础。
Connective tissue growth factor(CTGF) is a member of the CCN family immediate early gene. CTGF is widely expressed in many human tissues and organs, the development and differentiation, the female reproductive system, angiogenesis, wound repair, fibrosis lesions, inflammatory lesions, tumor development, bone formation and repair, its play an important role in a variety of biological processes. Induces the expression of CTGF in the machine body for almost all types of fibroblasts main factor is TGF-β. TGF-β induced CTGF expression through a variety of signaling pathways, mainly there are four kinds of ways, the most important of which is the Smads of TGF-β mediated pathway. CTGF biological function and mechanism of action is very complex, in this paper, the basic structure of CTGF, expression and regulation, influencing factors and biological function of progress were reviewed, and lay the foundation for a comprehensive analysis of CTGF.
