摘要
目的探讨Kai1蛋白与不同类型癌转移的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法分别检测35例皮肤基底细胞癌(BCC)、18例皮肤鳞状细胞癌(SCC)、46例乳腺癌和64例大肠癌组织中Kai1蛋白的表达;利用计算机图像分析系统采集、分析图像,并对数据进行统计学处理。结果①Kai1蛋白在皮肤BCC和SCC中的表达分别呈阳性和阴性或弱阳性,BCC组的表达显著高于SCC组(P﹤0.01);②Kai1蛋白在没有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌、大肠癌中均呈阳性表达,而在有转移的乳腺癌、大肠癌中均呈弱阳性或阴性表达,无转移组的表达均显著高于有转移组,均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论①与SCC组比较,Kai1蛋白的高表达可能与BCC几乎不发生转移的生物学特性有关;②乳腺癌和大肠癌中Kai1蛋白的低表达,可能与转移有关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between Kail protein expression and metastasis of different cancer. Methods The Kail protein expressions in 35 cases of skin basal cell carcinoma (BCC) , 18 cases of skin squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) , 46 cases of breast cancer and 64 cases of coloreetal cancer were detected by immunohistoehemical method. Pictures were collected and statistically analyzed by computer medical image analysis system. Results ①The positive expression of Kail protein was found in BCC group and the negative or weak positive expression was shown in SCC group and there was significant difference between these 2 groups (P 〈 0.01 ). ②The Kail protein positive expression was detected in breast cancer and coloreetal cancer without lymph node metastasis and the negative or weak positive expression was indicated in breast cancer and colorectal cancer with lymph node metasta- sis. The Kailexpression levels in cancer without lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those in cancer with lymph node metastasis (P 〈 O. 01 ). Conelusion ① Compared with the SCC group, the high Kail protein expression in BCC group might be related to the biological characteristics of BCC without metastasis. ②The low Kail protein expression in breast cancer and colorectal cancer might be associated with cancer metastasis.
