血尿酸水平与原发性高血压及中医各证型的关系 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨血尿酸与原发性高血压及其中医辨证分型的相关性。方法:对102例原发性高血压患者进行中医辨证分型,采用酶法检测患者与对照组血尿酸水平,各组进行比较。结果:高血压组与正常对照组血尿酸水平比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);中医辨证分型中肝火亢盛组与阴虚阳亢组、阴阳两虚组与痰湿壅盛组无显著差异,但四组血尿酸水平较正常对照组显著升高(P<0.05),阴阳两虚组、痰湿壅盛组较肝火亢盛、阴虚阳亢组患者血尿酸水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:血尿酸水平增高是原发性高血压的危险因素之一,高血压病中医证候分型和早期肾损害血尿酸水平升高有一定相关,各证候之间存在着一定的客观化指标区别。
