在临床路径健康教育中应用辨证施护对2型糖尿病患者生活质量的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Health Education of Dialectic Nursing Combined with Clinical Pathway on the Quality of Life for Type 2 Diabetes Patients

摘要 目的:探讨在2型糖尿病临床路径健康教育中应用辨证施护对患者疾病控制及生活质量的影响。方法:将154例2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组与试验组,每组各77例。对照组采用常规的临床路径健康教育;试验组在临床路径健康教育中应用辨证施护。结果:干预3个月后两组患者疾病控制指标、生活质量比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辨证施护在2型糖尿病临床路径健康教育中的应用能改善患者疾病控制指标,提高其生活质量。 Objective: To discuss the effects of health education of dialectic nursing combined with clinical pathway on the quality of life for type 2 diabetes patients.Methods: 154 cases of type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,77 cases in each group.The control group was provided health education in routine clinical path.The experimental group was provided health education which including dialectical nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine and clinical pathway.Results: After the intervention,the differences of the index of disease and the quality of life between the two groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusions: The dialectical nursing combined with clinical pathway in the health education of type 2 diabetes can improve the index of disease and the quality of life.
