摘要
利用Solidworks软件对轧辊轴承座进行三维实体建模,并进行了有限元分析,得到其应力、应变及安全系数分布图。通过有限元分析,选用满足其性能的材质,并对其进行结构优化,提高设计质量。
3D modeling and finite element analysis of mill bearing chock are completed with Solid- works. What's more, stress, strain and safety factor distribution are obtained. By using Solidworks simulation, material of meeting its performance is selected. Furthermore its structure is optimized, so design quality is im- proved.
