制造类高职院校在内涵式发展与协同创新推进过程中,需要结合优势、发挥特色,主动成为政府和企业的高参智囊,通过积极申办产业公共平台,管理创新,贴近产业前沿实施专业建设和人才培养,加强质和量并重的师资队伍建设等重点工作,促进内涵发展与协同创新的有机融合,提升制造类高职院校协同创新能力。

Manufacturing vocational colleges, in the promotion of connotative development and collaborative innovation process, need to combine advantages, exert features, and take the initiative to become the think-tank of government and the enterprises. Through the key works, such as the active bid of public industrial platform, management innovation, close contact with the industry forefront, application of specialty construction and talents training, strengthen both the quality and quantity of the faculty building and many others, we can promote the organic integration of the connotation development and the collaborative innovation, and also can improve the collaborative innovation ability of manufacturing higher vocational colleges.
