本文提出了一种敞口式埋弧矿热炉电极控制的方法及其应用系统,在合理确定坩埚熔池中电极所处位置的基础之上,通过对恒阻抗原则的合理应用,达到了有效控制电极电压指标的目的。

This paper proposes the electrode control method and application system of an open-type submerged arc-furnace. On the basis of the reasonable location of the electrode in the crucible melt pool, through the rational use of constant impedance principle, we could achieve the goat of effective control of the electrode voltage indicators.
