浅谈旧工业厂房加固改造

摘要 工业厂房因勘察设计和施工的失误,非正常使用、荷载众多且使用环境恶劣等因素的影响,结构体系的承载力降低,严重影响结构的安全使用。厂房的改建比新建节约资源,且回收投资的速度快,使得结构加固工作变的尤为突出。本文结合湘潭市电机股份公司车间厂房的工程加固实例,并根据笔者多年来的工作经验,指出了旧工业厂房存在的主要安全问题及加固特点,为实际工程合理的选择加固方案提供参考。 The bearing capacity of the structural system of industrial buildings is reduced because of the faults of prospective design and construction, the non-normal application, the heavy load, and the harsh application environment, and as a result, the safe usage of the structure is seriously affected. Reconstruction of the factory buildings saves more resources and recyles the investment much faster than building a new one, which distinguishes the structure reinforcement work. This paper takes the workshop project reinforcement of Xiangtan Electric-al Motor CO., LTD as an example, and on the basis of the author's working experiencees, this paper points out the main security problems and reinforcem-ent characteristics of the old industrial buildings, and provides references for the choice of reinforcement scheme in practical project.
