摘要
国内外有关高地应力软岩隧道施工的记录有不少,而高地应力软岩隧道施工面临的最大难题就是大变形,大变形会导致初期支护开裂破坏,甚至发生塌方,更为严重的是可能造成永久性支护的破坏。如果施工方法不当,不仅提高工程造价,对施工及运营安全也存在相当大的隐患。当前,国内外应对大变形采取的主要方法是:修改断面形状、长锚杆、可缩刚架等。本文通过对经历过的隧道大变形处治,在吸取前人经验的基础上,采用双层拱架支护的方法,较好的解决了隧道大变形的问题,在高地应力软岩隧道施工方法上进行了一定的探索及总结。
In China, there are lots of records about the construction of soft rock tunnel with high in-suit stress at home and abroad. The big problem in the construction of soft rock tunnel with high in-suit stress is large deformation. Large deformation leads to cracked support, even landslide, or the permanent damage of support. If the construction method is not suitable, it not only increases the cost, but also forms hinders in construction and operation security. At present, the main construction method is to modify profile, long bolt and shrinkable steel frame. Combined with the construction case, it uses double arch support and solves the problem of large deformation of tunnel, and makes certain exploration and summarization on the construction method of soft rock tunnel with high in-suit stress.
