摘要
民办高职院校绩效考核普遍存在着流于形式、认识不够充分、考核指标不科学、方法不完善等问题,本文旨从考核对象的分类、绩效考核主体的确定、绩效考核的具体指标设置、绩效考核各相关部门的分工、考核结果的面谈反馈及改进计划、解释及申诉渠道的建立等方面优化民办高职院校教职工绩效考核体系。
There exist general problems such as formality, insufficient awareness, unscientific assessing indicators, imperfect methods in private higher vocational colleges. This paper aims to optimize the performance appraisal system of private higher vocational colleges by classifying assessing objects, confirming evaluators, setting specific assessing indicators, confirming division of relevant departments, feeding back assessment results and improving plans, establishing channels of explanations and complaints, and so on.
