多元化企业集团是指集团内部跨行业经营,各产业公司之间没有关联性或关联性很小。集团财务管理既要实现统一管理,发挥好财务监督作用,又不能干涉各子公司日常的生产经营管理,还要发挥好集团财务中心的资源整合作用,助力各产业公司的发展壮大,实现集团整体利益的最大化。
