摘要 体外培养干细胞移植在眼科中的临床应用,为眼表重建过程中克服组织来源限制,恢复患者视力,提供了一个新的治疗途径。体外培养的干细胞移植的安全性与有效性已有初步共识,但对移植干细胞体内命运、评价干细胞移植质量和预后、眼表严重损伤的移植方式与治疗效果、细胞培养体系及种类的选择等方面仍无定性的结论。本文介绍了近年来体外培养干细胞移植治疗眼表损伤的进展,并对存在的问题进行了讨论。 The use of in vitro cultured stem cells in current ophthalmology has been increasingly successful in treating many ocular diseases. It also became a novel approach to reconstruct ocular surface with the advantage of less dependence on tissue sources. Although preliminarily, the efficacy and safety of stem cell therapy has been widely recognized. However, there are more questions need to be answered. For example, what happened to transplanted ceils following therapy How to assess the clinical outcomes How to treat serious ocular damages And how to choose the optimal stem cell source? In this article, both of the progression and related questions of the in vitro cultured stem cells therapy were discussed.
