“品管圈”活动在我院门诊药房药品盘点工作中的应用及体会

Application and experience of quality control circle in drug checking works of outpatient medicine pharmacy

目的降低药品月盘点帐物不符药品品种数,提高盘点准确率,提升医院的药事管理水平。方法利用品管圈,分析造成药品盘点帐物不符的原因,提出相应的对策并实施。结果通过品管圈活动,门诊药房药品月盘点帐物不符药品品种数下降了65.9%,活动收到良好效果。结论品管圈活动在医院药剂科的持续推行,提升了药学人员参与管理的意识,增强了人员自身综合能力,提高了工作效率。

AIM To reduce the drug types which did not match with the accounts in monthly checking, improve checking accuracy and pharmacy management level. METHODS The inconformity reasons of drugs and accounts by quality control circle （QCC） were analyzed and appropriate measures were proposed and implemented. RESULTS By QCC, the inconformity rate of drugs and accounts dropped by 65.9 %. CONCLUSION The consciousness to participate on the management and integrated ability of the pharmaceutical technicians can be improved and the efficiency can be raised by sustaining QCC in hospital pharmacy.
