双侧原发乳腺癌17例临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of 17 cases of Double Side Primary Breast Cancer

目的:探讨发生双侧乳腺癌的相关因素和对预后的影响。方法:观察17例女性双侧原发乳腺癌的发生时间、年龄、月经、肿瘤细胞类型、手术方式与生存质量的关系。结果:发病年龄呈现年轻化趋势,尤其同时性双侧乳腺癌明显,绝经前女性更易发生双侧乳腺癌;双侧乳腺癌的发生与病理类型无关,未发现有乳腺癌家族史。结论:加强一侧乳腺癌术后患者尤其年轻和绝经前女性的随诊,不仅要注意有无复发转移,而且要注意健侧乳腺有无癌变。

Objective: To study relative factors and prognostic effects of occurrence of double sides primary breast cancer. Methods: To research survival quality connected with the occurring time, ages, catamenia, pathological types and operation modes of 17 cases of double sides primary breast cancer. Results: The age of patients suffering from double sides breast cancer was trending younger. The females before menopause had more probabilities of suffering from double sides breast cancer. The occurrence of double sides breast cancer was not related to pathological types and family history. Conclusion: To follow up the patient of singleside breast cancer, especially the young and before menopause, we should pay attention to not only the relapse and metastasis of the tumor but al-so cancerization of the another healthy breast.
