前牙区拔牙位点保存技术的临床研究 被引量:12

The clinical study of site preservation techniques in anterior areas

摘要 目的研究前牙区拔牙后应用位点保存技术预防牙槽骨吸收的临床疗效。方法将40例前牙区患牙的患者随机分为两组,实验组患者在拔牙后的牙槽窝内即刻植入Bio-Oss胶原,并且表面覆盖Bio-Gide膜,对照组患者拔牙后清理牙槽窝且压迫止血或缝合,半年后拍摄X线片观察牙槽骨密度、高度、宽度的变化。结果术后半年两组比较得出,实验组骨密度、高度、宽度明显优于对照组,唇颊侧骨吸收量明显小于对照组,两组之间具有统计学差异。结论拔牙位点保存技术可以减少因拔牙造成的三维骨缺损,从而保存更多的牙槽嵴骨量,为后期的种植提供良好的条件。 Objective To study clinical effect on prevention of alveolar bone absorption by using site preservation in anterior areas after teeth extraction. Methods 40 patients with sick teeth in anterior areas were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the experimental group were implanted Bio-Oss Collagen immediately in alveolar fossa after extraction, and then covered by Bio-Gide on the surface. Patients in control group were hemostasised by compression or sutured after cleaning. Two groups were observated the change of alveolar bone density, height, width by taking radiographs after half a year. Results Compared the two groups,it came that bone density, height, width of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group after half a year, while the absorption of labial and buccal bone were significantly lower than that of control group, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Site preservation techniques can reduce the bone defect in three-dimensional caused by extraction,and preserve bone of alveolar ridge perfectly,which contribute to provide an ideal condition for later implanting.
