尿视黄醇结合蛋白测定在汽油作业肾损害研究中的应用

摘要 目的探讨尿视黄醇结合蛋白测定在汽油作业肾损害研究中的应用。方法选择160名职业接触者和80名非职业接触者进行尿视黄醇结合蛋白( RBP)、尿β-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶( NAG)、尿 β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)的测定。结果检测结果显示职业接触组的RBP、NAG和β2-MG值均显著高于非职业接触组。异常率分析结果显示 RBP异常率略低于 NAG,但明显高于 β2-MG。结论 RBP可优先 β2-MG作为慢性汽油肾损害的早期监测指标。 Objective Study the possibility of measurement of RBP in urine as an indicator of renal injury caused by gasoline exposure. Methods The retinal binding protein(RBP), N-acetyl-β -D-glucosaminidase(NAG) and β 2-microglobulin (β2 -MG) were measured in 160 peoples of occupational gasoline exposure and 80 peoples unexposed. Results The results show that the mean urinary level of RBP, NAG, β 2-MG in exposed group were significantly higher than unexposed group. The analysis of their positive rate show that the RBP positive rate is lower than NAG, but significantly higher than β2-MG. Conclusion RBP in urine is a more effective indicator of renal injury caused by gasoline exposure than β2-MG.
