摘要
目的 :研究腹腔巨噬细胞 (PM)、肺泡巨噬细胞 (AM)和肝脏Kupffer细胞 (KC)对小鼠造血干细胞 (CFU S)的影响。方法 :采用外源性脾集落形成和组织学技术观察了三种不同部位的巨噬细胞对CFU S、脾结节有丝分裂相及脾重的影响。结果 :Kupffer细胞能刺激CFU S的增殖 ,使脾结节中红系、粒系及巨核系细胞的有丝分裂活跃 ,脾重量增加 ,但腹腔和肺的巨噬细胞无此作用。结论 :三种巨噬细胞对CFU
Objective: To study the effects of peritoneal macrophage (PM),alveolar macrophage (AM) and Kupffer cell on CFU S in mice.Methods: Using technique of colony forming unit spleen and histology,the authers studied the effects of three types of macrophages on CFU S,mitosis index and weight of spleen.Results: KC may stimulate proliferation of CFU S and mitosis of granulocytic,erythrocytic and megakaryocytic system significantly,the weight of spleen was increased too,but both PM and AM have no these action.Conclusion: There are different effects on proliferation and differentiation of CFU S in three types of macrophages.
