喉癌白细胞介素1β转换酶基因表达与放疗敏感性的研究

摘要 目的 :探讨喉癌白细胞介素 1β转换酶 (ICE)基因表达与放疗敏感性的关系。 方法 :采用免疫组化SP法测定 3 3例喉癌组织标本中ICE基因表达。结果 :3 3例喉癌放疗患者中 ,术后生存 3年、5年和 10年患者喉癌组织中ICE阳性检出率分别为 5 6%( 13 / 2 5 )、75 %( 12 / 16)、10 0 %( 8/ 8) ,差异有显著性 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 :喉癌组织ICE基因表达与放疗敏感性有关 。 Objective: To evaluate the relationship between interleukin 1 β converting enzyme (ICE) gene expression and radiation sensitivity. Methods: Using polyclonal antibody for ICE gene protein,33 cases of laryngeal carcinoma were stained by SP immunohistochemistry. Results: The 3,5 and 10 years survival rates of ICE positive patients were 56% (13/25)、 75%(12/16)、 100%(8/8) respectively. Conclusion: The ICE gene expression are raliable criterion in predicting radiation outcome of laryngeal carcinoma.
