Advances in ANCA-associated vasculitis

抗中性粒细胞胞质抗体(ANCA)相关性血管炎是由ANCA介导,以寡免疫复合物沉积、坏死性小血管炎为特征的一组疾病,其发病机制目前仍不是十分清楚,主要与遗传、环境、感染及某些药物的影响等有关。本文就近年来ANCA的产生、中性粒细胞的活化、内皮细胞损伤及淋巴细胞在疾病发生中的作用展开综述。

ANCA-associated vasculitis is a group of necrotizing small vessel vasculitis mediated by ANCA that typically has a paucity deposition of immunoglobulin and complement at vascular area and glomeruli. The pathogenesis is still not very clear, it may be associated with heredity, environments, infection and drugs. This article will focus on the progression of molecular mechanism in recent year in four aspects, which are the production of ANCA, activation of neutrophils,injury of endothelial cells and the role of lymphocytes.
