儿童糖尿病患者垂体及甲状腺功能的探讨

The study of diabetes children's pituitary and thyroid gland function

目的 :了解Ⅰ型糖尿病儿童的垂体及甲状腺功能的状态。方法 :选择控制良好的Ⅰ型糖尿病儿童 15例 ,正常儿童 15例。两组之间身高、年龄、体重无显著性差异 ,分别作生长激素激发试验及T3 、T4 、TSH的检测。结果 :在生长激素激发试验中 ,其生长激素基础值两组间无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,而用药及运动后两组有显著差异(P分别 <0 0 5 ,<0 0 1) ,且T3 、T4 、TSH两组间也有显著性差异 (P分别 <0 0 5 ,<0 0 1)。结论 :糖尿病患儿生长激素储备功能与正常小儿已有变化 。

Objective: The purpose of our study is to find out pituitary and thyroid gland function of diabetes children. Methods: Choice diabetes and normal children to do growth hormone inspiring test and detecting T 3,T 4,TSH levels. Results: In growth hormone inspiring test,the basal growth hormone has no difference in the two groups.After sporting and giving medicine,the growth hormone has significantly difference.The results of T 3,T 4 and TSH also have significantly difference in the two groups.Conclusion: The growth hormone reposition of diabetes children has difference compared with that of normal children.The function of thyroid gland also chan ged compared with normal children.Diabetes is a metabolic disease,others hormones,such Pancreatic glucagon and Corticosteroid,were affected by it ,but these will be studing in next work.
