超声对腰椎间盘突出症的诊断——附261例病例分析

Ultrasonic diagnosis on protrusion of the lumber intervertibral disci with a case analysis of 261 attached

目的 :分析二维彩色多普勒在腰椎间盘突出的显象特点 ,探讨超声在腰椎间盘突出症诊断和康复中的应用价值。方法 :使用先进的超声仪在仰卧位空腹进行检查 ,观察椎间盘突出的部位、范围、形态及大小 ,同时对手术效果进行评定 ,对康复进程进行随访。结果 :超声可以对正常及突出退变的椎间盘清晰显示其突出程度、形态、方向及与神经根的关系。同时和CT、MRI对比分析大部分一致 ,部分病例经手术证实。结论 :在椎间盘突出的诊断康复过程中 ,彩超检查有独特的应用价值 。

Objective: Analyze videograph features of two-dimensional colored Doppler for the lumber intervertibral disci;discuss application value of ultrasound for diagnosis and recovery of intervertibral disci.Methods: Do examinations by using advanced ultrasonic equipment for patients who lie supine with an empty stomach;observe protrusion part of intervertibral disci and it's range,shape,and size;make the evaluation of operation effects;trace to investigate patients' recovery process.Results: As compared to the results of CT,MRI and operation,we have found that ultrasound can make healthy or vestigial intervertibral disci display truly it's protrusion degree,shape,direction and it's relationship with nerve root.While mostly in compliance with the results of CT and MRI,that has been proved through operations on some cases.Conclusion: Colored ultrasonic examination should be cared clinically for it's unique application value when used for the diagnosis of the intervertibral disci and the whole recovery process.
