糖尿病与非糖尿病患者甲襞微循环的对比研究

Comparing study of nail fold microcirculation in diabetes and nondiabetes patients

目的 :探讨糖尿病患者甲襞微循环的特点。方法 :应用徐州产WX -9A型黑白电脑微循环测定仪及显微镜 ,观察糖尿病患者及非糖尿病患者的左手无名指甲襞微血管襻的状态。结果 :糖尿病组形态积分 ,流态积分 ,襻周积分和总积分均高于非糖尿病组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且形态改变有其特异性。结论 :甲襞微循环检查有助于糖尿病微血管并发症的诊断。

Objective: To invesigate the feature of microcirculation of diabetes.Methods: We use type of WX-9A black-αnd-white television and microscope made in Xuzhou to determin nail fold microcirculation of Left-hand ring finger for 200 diabetes and 200 nondiabtes patients.Results: Found that single integral and total integral in the diabetes group was higher than that of the nondiabetes group ( P <0.05),and figure's change had certain specificity in the diabete group.Conclusion: It's show that check in nail fold microcirculation contributed to diabetic microangiopathy diagnosis.
