应用鼓室置管推进器治疗分泌性中耳炎56例临床分析

A 56 case study of treatment on secretory otitis media with tympanic cavity tubing pusher

目的 :探讨应用鼓室置管推进器进行鼓室置管术的临床应用价值。方法 :在局部麻醉下 ,对 5 6例分泌性中耳炎患者采用鼓室置管推进器进行鼓室置管术。结果 :5 5例手术一次性完成 ,成功率为 98 3 0 %,5 4例术后听力恢复正常 ,无并发症。结论 :与以往的手术方法相比 ,该手术具有可在直视下进行 ,病人痛苦小等优点 。

Objective:?To study the clinical application of tympanic cavity tubing technique with tympanic cavity tubing pusher. Methods:With local anesthesia, a tympanic tubing treatment for 56 secretory otitis media patients were conducted with tympanic cavity tubing pusher. Results:?55 patients were treated successtully with one operation, and the successful rate is of 98.30%. 54 patients have recovered their hearing without side effect. Conclusion:?Compared with the previous operation methods, this operation can be conducted visually with little pain for the patients and an improvement on the one operation successful rate and accuracy.
