锥颅碎吸术治疗中重型高血压脑出血24例

24 Cases of hypertension intracerebral hemorrhage treated with trepanation and drainage

目的 :探讨锥颅碎吸术对中重型高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法 :把 48例中重型高血压脑出血病例随机分为碎吸组和对照组各 2 4例 ,碎吸组在内科治疗基础上加做锥颅碎吸术 ,对照组用常规内科治疗。疗效评定标准和神经功能缺损程度评分按统一标准记分。结果 :碎吸组的死亡率和致残率明显低于对照组。结论

Objective:?To investigate the clinical effect of medium and severe hypertension intracerebral hemorrhage (HIH) with trepanation and drainage. Methods:48 cases of HIH were divided equally into two groups randomly (control group and TD group). Cases in control group were treated with medical treatment and those of TD group were treated with trepanation and drainage as well as medical treatment. Clinical effects and dysneuria extents were scored with unified standard. Results:?Mortality and disability of TD group were less than those of control group and differences of both groups were significant. Conclusion:?It is worth popularizing that HIH to be treated by using trepanation and drainage.
