颈椎外伤治疗中Halo-Vest的应用价值探讨

The applying value of Halo Vest in the treatment of cervical spine injury

目的 :探讨头环脊椎背心 (Halo -Vest架 )在颈椎外伤中的应用价值。方法 :自 1996年以来应用Halo -Vest治疗颈椎损伤 16例 ,其中 8例安装后行颈椎前路减压植骨术。结果 :经 3个月到 4年 ,平均 2年零 2个月的随访 ,Frankel分级进步 1～ 3级 ,平均 1 2级 ,总有效率 93 8%。结论 :我们认为Halo -Vest架具有坚强的三维固定作用 ,方便、牢固、可靠。在有效的固定下前路直接解除颈髓的压迫并植骨 ,实现伤椎的永久性稳定 。

Objective:?To explore the applying value of Halo Vest in the treatment of cervical spine injury. Methods:16 cases of patients used Halo Vest in the treatment of cervical spine injury since 1996, and 8 of 16 cases of patients undergone anterior decompression and bone grafting in the mean time.Results:?All the patients were followed, the following time was 3 months to 4 years, the average value was 2 year and 2 month. Frankel score increased 1 to 3 points. and the total effective rate was 93.8%. Conclusion:?Halo Vest has rigid fixation in three dimensional space, it is convenient and reliable in use. After effective fixation is achieved, anterior decompression and bone grafting can be done, then permanent stabilization can be acquired, so it is an effective therapy for anterospinal compression in frature dislocation of cervical spine.
