目的 :探讨高白细胞性白血病细胞CD3 4表达状况及意义。方法 :免疫细胞化学SP法。结果 :2 9例患者CD3 4+ 62 %,高表达 2 9 4 %,显著高于对照组 ,CD3 4+ 者化疗缓解率低 ,生存期短。结论 :高白细胞性白血病表达CD3 4较高 ,CD3 4+

Objective: To study the expression of CD 34 and it′s clinical singification of high acute leukemia. Methods: Usingimmunocytochemical SP technigue. Results: CD 34 +62% in 29 patients,high expression was 29.4%,the remission rate in the CD 34 +patients was lower and their survival term was short. Conclusion: The expression of antigen CD 34 in high acute leukemia cells was high and CD 34 +expression was a badly sign in the patient′s prognosis.
