摘要
目的 :评价氯沙坦钾对轻中度原发性高血压患者降压疗效。方法 :为一项自身对照方式的研究。原发性高血压患者 40例 ,予以口服氯沙坦钾 5 0mg/日 (晨服 ) ,总疗程六周。服用至二周血压未降至正常水平 ,改氯沙坦钾 10 0mg/日口服。结果 :用氯沙坦钾治疗 2周起 ,收缩压、舒张压均显著下降 (P <0 0 1) ,至第 6周降压幅度最显著 (P <0 0 0 1)。用氯沙坦钾总有效率达到 95 %,且不良反应较少。结论 :氯沙坦钾降压效果显著 。
Objective: The purpose of this paper was to investigate the therapeutic effect of Losartan potassiun on essential hypertension. Methods: Forty patients with essential hypertension were treated with Losaran porassiun 50-100 mg,daily,orally for 6 weeks. Results: The results showed that effective rate of deceaseing blood presure was 95%. Conclusion: Losartan potassiun is an effective drug in treating essential hypertension and has no side effect.
