细胞生长因子与瘢痕疙瘩形成的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察细胞生长因子 TGF- β(转化细胞生长因子 ,transforming growth factor)、PDGF(血小板源生长因子 ,platelt- derived growth factor)、EGF(表皮细胞生长因子 ,epidermis growth factor)、FGF(成纤维细胞生长因子 ,fibrob-last growth factor)在瘢痕疙瘩组织中的表达和分布 ,探讨其与瘢痕疙瘩形成的内在关系 ,为治疗提供理论根据。方法 应用免疫组织化学 (ABC法 )方法观察 5 0例瘢痕疙瘩切除标本及 1 0例正常皮肤组织中细胞因子的表达。结果  TGF- β,PDGF,EGF在瘢痕疙瘩组织中的表达较正常皮肤明显增强 ;FGF的表达较正常皮肤减弱。结论 细胞因子与瘢痕疙瘩形成关系密切 ,TGF- β,PDGF,EGF可能促进瘢痕疙瘩的形成 ,FGF可能抑制瘢痕疙瘩的形成。 Objective Observing the expression of cytokines(TGF β,PDGF,EGF,FGF )in keloid tissue to approach the inner link of cytokines and keloid genesis and to direct clinical treatment.Method Using immunohistochemical technique(ABC method),to studied the expression of cytokines in 50 case of keloid specimens from resection and 10 case of control skin tissues.Result The expression of TGF β,PDGF,EGF in keloid tissue was significantly increased compared with that of control skin tissue,but the expression of TGF was apparently decreased.Conclusion Cytokine plays an important role in keloid genesis,TGF β,PDGF,EGF appear to prompt keloid genesis,but FGF seems to inhibit keloid genesis. [
