Cryopyrin炎性体在痛风性关节炎发病中的作用机制 被引量:12

摘要 痛风性关节炎的发病率在我国呈现出增高的趋势。随着对痛风发病机制研究的不断深入,发现cryopyrin炎性体在其发病过程中发挥非常重要的作用。Cryopyrin炎性体是一种多蛋白复合体,它能介导半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶-1(capsase-1)激活,从而促进致炎细胞因子白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)和IL-18的分泌和成熟,在炎症反应和天然免疫中发挥主要作用。尿酸钠晶体沉积于组织会激发强烈的炎症反应,并激活cryopyrin炎性体及其参与的信号通路从而导致痛风的发生。现就有关cryopyrin炎性体的研究进展及其在痛风发病过程中的作用进行综述。
