独立学院在我国高等教育走向大众化的过程中起着独特的作用。教师队伍的多元化使独立学院的教师评价工作不同于其他一般的高等院校。从学校定位、评价目标、过程管理等各方面建立科学有效的独立学院教师评价体系,对提高独立学院的教学质量,提升其办学层次起着举足轻重的作用。

During the popular course of the higher education in China,independent colleges play an important role.However,muhicomponent teacher＇s team makes the appraisal mechanism of teachers of the independent colleges different from that of other schools.To establish a scientific and efficient appraisal mechanism of teachers of the independent colleges,the orientation of the colleges and the goal of the teacher appraisal should be reset,and the management of appraisal course should be refined.
