摘要
目的 :探讨长期体力活动对老年机体微循环的影响。方法 :对门诊老干部体检、年龄 6 0~ 6 9岁的 31名健康老年人对甲襞微循环常规进行检查。嘱其进行有规律的体力活动 ,如太极拳、慢跑、跳舞等。每日活动 1h以上。一年后复查。结果 :长期体力活动能使老年人的微循环得到明显的改善 ,各项指标与活动前比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 5~0 .0 1)。结论 :老年人长期适当的体力活动能改善机体的微循环 ,从而提高其生活质量。
Objective: To study the effects of physical training on nailfold microcirculation in old people.Method: Nailfold microcirculation were observed in 31 cases old people who were had physical training during one year. The average physical training time is over one hour every day.Results: The results showed that nailfold microcirculation in old people had physical training were significantly improvement. Every index of nailfold microcirculation after physical training compared with before had significant difference ( P < 0.01 ~ 0.05 ). Conclusion: The physical training of long time for old people can improve the disorder of microcirculation on body and futher promote the life quality.
