摘要
对高速钢中典型碳化物的微观组织结构和研究现状进行了介绍。MC型碳化物通常成球状,内部分布着大量纳米级小颗粒;M2C型碳化物中分布着大量的堆积层错和微孪晶;M3C型碳化物中分布着水纹状花纹,这些花纹是以层片堆垛方式生长留下的痕迹;M7C3型碳化物内部分布着大量的呈现出长程有序的层错,还存在着大量的孪晶。
The status of the research on the microstructure of carbides in high speed steel were introduced. MC type carbides usually show in ball shape, a large number of nanoscale small particles distribute therein; a large number of stacking faults and micro twin distribute in M2C type carbides; water striate patterns distribute in M3C type carbides, which are the tracks of growing based on lamellar stacking mode; a long range order stacking faults present in the internal of M7C3 type carbides, there are a lot of twin.
