摘要 采用3种不同热处理工艺对两种低合金钢进行处理,研究了钢的组织和性能。结果表明,经退火+调质、正火+调质和退火+正火+调质3种热处理工艺处理后的低合金钢组织均为保持马氏体位向的回火索氏体,但前两种工艺处理后钢的晶粒内部铁素体呈具有一定方向性的板条状,后一种工艺处理后钢的晶粒内部铁素体呈等轴的多边形状;热处理工艺可以有效地提高钢的抗拉强度和屈服强度,最大地发挥钢在强度方面的潜力。 Three kinds of different heat treatment processes were used for processing both low-alloy steels, the microstructure and properties of the steel were studied. The results show that, after annealing + quenching and tempering, normalizing + quenching and tempering, and annealing + normalizing + quenching and tempering, the mierostructures of the two steels are tempered-sorbite with remaining martensitic orientation. But the ferrite in grain interior takes on a shape of lath with a certain direction after treated by the first two processes, and that takes on equiaxed polygonal shape after treated by the latter process. The heat treatment process can effectively improve the tensile strength and yield strength of the steel, and play the maximum potential of the steel in strength.
