Effect of FeSiMg6RE2 Nodulizer on Microstructure and Property of Ductile Iron

采用低镁球化剂FeSiMg6RE2进行球化处理,分析FeSiMg6RE2球化剂对球墨铸铁组织和性能的影响。实验结果表明,采用低镁球化剂球化处理后球铁中的石墨球更圆整,更细小;球铁的伸长率得到极大提高,综合力学性能提高。

Treating cast iron with low-Mg nodularizer FeSiMg6RE2, the effect of the nodulizer on the microstructure and property of ductile iron was analyzed. The test results show that, the graphite ball after spheroidization treatment with low-Mg nodularizer is more rounded and smaller, and the elongation of ductile iron has a great improvement, resulting in higher comprehensive mechanical properties of cast iron.
