摘要
在FeSiB合金薄带制备过程中采用氧化铝泡沫陶瓷过滤器净化钢液,对经过滤与未经过滤的钢液气体含量进行了分析对比,并采用扫描电镜进行了夹杂物及所制备薄带的性能分析。结果表明,泡沫陶瓷过滤器对FeSiB合金中气体含量的降低和夹杂物去除有明显作用,经过滤后制备的FeSiB合金薄带物理性能和韧性有较大幅度提高。
Alumina foam ceramic filter is used for filtration of the melt in manufacture of FeSiB alloy ribbon. Gas content in the filtered and unfiltered samples is compared. The inclusions are analyzed by scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the foam ceramic filtration has an obvious effect on reducing gas content and inclusions in FeSiB alloy, and the mechanical property and toughness of the ribbon are considerably improved after filtration.
