摘要
通过铸造模拟软件对U形铸件进行应力应变模拟,得到了U形铸件随着结构尺寸变化的变形规律,并使用模样反变形方法减小铸件变形。结果表明,施加20%~30%的反变形量可使得铸件变形量降至很低,同时降低了加工余量,从而提高金属的利用率。
The deformation low of the strain and stress in U-shaped castings with tile change of structure dimensions was stilnulated with the Gemaan casting stimulation software MAGMA-Soft. Moreover, the deformation was declined with the method of reversible defomaation of appearance. The results show that the deformation of the casting can be significantly decreased when applying reversible deformation of 20%-30%, and the machining allowance lowers, the utilization of metal increases
